After visiting the holy shrine of Amarnath in Kashmir, pilgrims also go to the temple of Unmatt Bhairav. It is one among the many well-known religious place of the Lord. Shankaracharya had himself established this seat and instilled divine powers within the idol of the Lord placed there. This shrine lies within the South course from Amarnath temple and is about half a kilometer from there. Many miracles have occurred at this place. It's believed that if a Sadhak walks naked toes to this seat and offers sweets to the Lord his/hers positive wishes gets fulfilled.
